R U OK DAY function

💛 A little colour, a shared morning tea and an important reminder to check in.

Last Thursday, our team came together for R U OK?Day, taking some time away from our screens to connect, share a bite and start conversations that matter.

Our Social Club encouraged everyone to wear something bright and bring along something yellow for our Share & Care Morning Tea. From yellow treats to conversation starters in the kitchen, it was a simple opportunity to slow down and spend time together.

We also invited our team to share anonymous messages of appreciation with their colleagues, with gold coin donations collected alongside them. A small gesture, but a meaningful way to remind someone that the work they do, and the person they are, is valued.

R U OK?Day is an important reminder that checking in shouldn't be limited to one day of the year. A genuine conversation can make a difference, and creating a workplace where people feel connected and supported starts with making time for each other.
