Graduate Program
J. Wyndham Prince’s Graduate Program is designed to equip engineering graduates with valuable consulting, technical and interpersonal skills to become exceptional consulting engineers. Graduates are rotated through the business over a two-year period where they will be exposed to different specialist engineering areas. After this time, graduates will be placed in the area that best balances their skills, attributes and business needs.
A senior technical expert will be appointed to mentor each graduate during the program. Working alongside industry leaders, graduates will have the opportunity to develop their career by working on key projects in an environment which encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and innovation.
