I bring over three decades of civil engineering expertise to J Wyndham Prince, specialising in the design and delivery of large-scale residential subdivisions, industrial developments, and infrastructure projects across Greater Sydney.

As Project Director, I provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for complex, multi-staged developments from master planning through to construction. His portfolio includes major projects such as the 4,500-lot Elara master planned community at Marsden Park, the 1,217-lot Orchard Hills North development, and the extensive Riverstone West industrial precinct, a 234-hectare site with significant earthworks and bulk services.

My technical depth spans subdivision design, road infrastructure, stormwater management, and creek restoration. I have successfully delivered civil works for high-profile projects including the Panthers Rugby League Academy and the Sydney Motorsport Park racetrack extension.

A Chartered Engineering Technologist and member of Engineers Australia, I am also registered on the National Engineers Register and hold a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) from the University of Southern Queensland, a Diploma of Management, and am a qualified Road Safety Auditor (Level 1). My regulatory knowledge and stakeholder management skills have made me a trusted expert witness, having been appointed in over six Land and Environment Court proceedings.

I am known for my collaborative approach and commitment to mentoring emerging engineers.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy restoring vintage Suzuki cars and camping with family.
