Steve is the Design Manager at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd, joining the company in 2003. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds post graduate qualifications in Local Government Engineering. Steve is a member of the Institution of Engineers and has CP Eng and NPER status.

Steve has twenty three (23) years experience with Local Government and prior to joining us held senior positions with Fairfield City Council managing their Engineering Services Division. He brings to the company extensive experience in the project management, contract administration, engineering design, traffic and road safety disciplines of engineering and civil infrastructure projects.

Steve is responsible for controlling the design process to ensure that the desired outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.

Mark is the Assistant Design Manager at J Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd, joining the company in 2005 as a senior designer. He currently holds a Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Civil) and an Associate diploma in structural engineering.

Mark has over seventeen (17) years experience in the design of subdivision roads and drainage, industrial subdivisions, major and minor stormwater drainage systems. Mark also has over 10 years experience in Land Surveying.

Mark’s role is to organise, coordinate and supervise the civil design teams (22 staff) involved in the design of subdivision, infrastructure and urban stream restoration projects. He is also involved in implementation and monitoring of civil design company systems, policies, practices and procedures to ensure the group meets our clients expected outcomes.

Ken is a Senior Project Manager for the Civil Design group with over twenty five (25) years of both national and international experience in the design of land development and drainage works.

Ken joined J. Wyndham Prince in 1992 and for the last 10 years Ken has been involved in Natural Creek Design and Water Sensitive Urban design. Ken’s skills with regard to the engineering and environmental aspects of developments allows us to provide our clients with site responsive designs that meet the technical and environmental needs of the community and deliver the lifestyle and amenity outcomes desired by purchasers.

Some of Ken’s recent projects include, Stage 1 & 2 of Bungarribee Estate Doonside for Landcom, The Ponds parkland corridor for Landcom, Surveyors Creek environmental corridor for Stockland at Norwest, subdivisions at Glenmore Park Stage 2, design coordination for Edmondson park Stage 1-4 & riparian corridor for Landcom, design coordination Middleton Grange water strategy and riparian corridor for Landcom and Liverpool City Council.

James is a Senior Civil Engineering Designer at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd. He joined the company in 1973, giving him 37 years experience in the surveying, planning and civil design field.

James has used his extensive experience in many projects, including, planning, trunk drainage and general civil design for Woodcroft Estate and also the non standard drainage structures for Lake Blue Hills Glenmore Park NSW.

Mihaela has had twenty five (25) years experience as a civil engineer. Her main experience has been gained in local government projects involving urban drainage and road works. She has also produced studies report on hydraulic analysis and assessment of the social, physical and economical aspects of the developments.

Mihaela’s experience includes residential and industrial developments design, including roads, main roads, intersections, stormwater, sewerage, watermain reticulation and sewage pumping station design.

Mihaela has a reputation for advanced engineering design, producing cost effective and best practice designs while maintaining ecologically sustainable principles. At Wyndham Prince, Mihaela is responsible for the subdivision engineering design, including roads and drainage design, bulk earthworks, culverts, intersections design, soil erosion and sediment control plans, estimate of quantities, details, line marking & signage, water sensitive developments.

David is a Civil Design Engineer at J Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd and has 8 years of experience in civil engineering design.

David has experience in the design of roads, stormwater and on-site detention on small to large projects. Project types include residential subdivisions, commercial/industrial subdivisions and main road design.

Recent projects undertaken by David include Badgally Road design, Catherine Field, for Dartwest, Master planning of Industrial subdivision and Development Application, Catherine Field, for Dartwest, Stage 4 and 5, The Ponds for Landcom.

Raymond is a qualified Civil Engineer and is a Member of the Institution of Engineers. Since joining the company in 2004, Ray has been involved with the Engineering Design and Water and Environment Groups. He has over 15 years experience in the design of civil infrastructure, land development and stormwater related projects.

Some of Ray’s recent projects include Elderslie Release Trunk Drainage – Detention Ponds and Water Quality for Elderslie Funding Consortium; “The Ponds” – Second Ponds Creek Trunk Drainage and Water bodies; Edmondson Park Release Area – WSUD Strategy and Stormwater Strategy for the GCC; the detailed design of the Precinct 4 subdivision at Botanica and is currently working on the detailed design of Precinct 6 at Botanica.

Andrew has an Associate Diploma in Civil Engineering and has seventeen (17) years experience in the design of subdivision and civil infrastructure in the delivery of urban development projects for the private and public sectors.

Andrew is an experienced senior subdivision designer and more recently has undertaken the concept designs of the proposed Penrith Lakes Development. Andrew has particular expertise in the development of digital terrain models and sub surface modelling and more recently, in the preparation of 3D visualization models.

David is one of the key Project leaders within J Wyndham Prince.

David has considerable land development experience in both local Council and consulting roles extending over thirty (30) years. He has been involved in all aspects of urban land development, project management and direction of significant land developments and major engineering and infrastructure projects during that time.

David has over seventeen (17) years’ experience in Local Government with Blue Mountains City Council and Penrith City Council in a variety of engineering and management roles relating to design development, public review and planning of major urban release areas and the assessment of subdivision development application and linen plan release.

David has been with J Wyndham Prince for over seven years and is currently the Group Manager, Project Management. J Wyndham Prince has gathered together a highly experienced team of Project Managers, Engineers, graduates and administration support staff.

Paul is a qualified Civil Engineer and is a member of the Institution of Engineers. As a Project Manager at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd, Paul is responsible for the management of subdivisional projects from land acquisition to completion, as well as the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Paul has approximately ten years experience with local land development consultancies and has been responsible for the project management and superintendency of both residential and industrial land developments in the Sydney area. Paul has managed the rezoning and master planning process, negotiated with local authorities and government agencies to obtain development approvals, administered the design and construction phases, and project managed development through to the issue of the Subdivision Certificate. Major clients have included Stockland, Australand, Trafalgar Corporate, Investa Estates, Wincrest Homes, Urban Pacific, Norwest Land, Lend Lease, and Landcom.

Paul’s prior experience included six years with a large public land development company in South Africa as engineering manager/project manager for residential and industrial subdivisions. Paul has also worked for civil engineering consultants for a period of fifteen years and was responsible for the control of design and construction supervision of major rural and urban road infrastructure projects, and residential subdivisions. He was a director of that company for a period of ten years.

Paul’s experience will assist the team in the development of the different scenarios and provide advice on the constraints and opportunities for implementation of each scenario.

Joseph is a Development (Project) Engineer at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd and is responsible for daily operations regarding infrastructure design, liaison and approval: development implementation advice and budget estimates.

Joseph has nine (9) years experience in the Project Management arena, from Preparation of feasibility study & development cost estimation; Budget Estimates, liaising with Councils clients, contractors, service authorities and other consultants, through to obtaining linen releases for both residential and industrial development projects.

Robert is a Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd and is responsible for controlling the project management process for specific projects to ensure that the desired outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.

Robert is an experienced Civil Engineer with 25 years in Local Government in the design, construction and development areas. During his time in Local Government he was involved in the development of numerous release areas including Bligh Park, Windsor Downs, Glenmore Park and the Erskine Park Business Park. He has extensive knowledge in local government regulations, policies and procedures and has been heavily involved in the development and administration of Section 94 Development Contribution Plans.

Prior to joining J Wyndham Prince in early 2010, Robert spent 6 years as a Development Manager with The Allam Group managing their flagship ‘Kalina’ project, a co-development with Landcom in The Ponds Release Area.

Stuart is a Senior Project Manager at J. Wyndham Prince.

Stuart has been involved in the management of the design, approval and construction phases of major engineering and civil infrastructure projects for over 30 years. Stuart has been extensively involved in the delivery of infrastructure for urban developments encompassing all facets of development from re-zoning studies through planning approvals, design, construction and handover to the final asset owner for land estates, medium and high density projects. He was an executive with Penrith Lakes Development Corporation involved in the master planning of a proposed 4900 dwelling estate and also spent three years as an executive in a development company specialising in small residential land developments covering acquisition, feasibility, design, approval, construction, sales and marketing.

Stuart’s extensive experience in all facets of the development of urban projects provides staff and clients of JWP with broad insights to assist in the optimal delivery of their projects.

Peter is the manager of the Stormwater & Environment Group at J. Wyndham Prince and is a Chartered Professional Engineer who holds a post graduate Master of Technology (Environmental and Management) qualification.

He has over twenty five (25) years experience in the investigation, assessment and design of road and trunk drainage works and specialises in water sensitive urban design (WSUD), water cycle management, urban hydrology, stormwater drainage system hydraulic and trunk drainage analysis and design, water quality strategies and watercourse geomorphology.

Peter has extensive experience in the identification of stormwater issues and optional solutions development. He has successfully negotiated relevant approvals through a range of statutory authorities.

Peter’s focus is to integrate water management elements to achieve the best (and most economic) development outcomes for his clients.

David is a civil engineer with over fourteen (14) years experience in Local Government and consulting industry.

He has undertaken detailed hydrological/hydraulic assessment of large scale development proposals and has created numerous detailed flood models for both Council and other clients.

David is the Senior Flood Modeller for J Wyndham Prince and is known for his ability to develop innovative solutions to traditional stormwater problems.

Since joining the company in 2009 David has acted as the JWP Project Coordinator and has been actively involved in the investigation, modelling and designs for a range of projects including the preparation of Water Cycle Management Strategies for Box Hill and Box Hill Industrial Precincts in the North West Growth Centres (Department of Planning) and Edmondson Park South (Landcom).

Geoff has over twenty five (25) years experience as a Stormwater Engineer and Project Leader with Local and Regional Government in New South Wales and New Zealand. Since 1988 he has specialised in environmentally sensitive stormwater design and the management of aquatic ecosystems.

He has published in excess of fifty (50) papers on Stormwater Management since 1994 and is a regular presenter on the design, construction and maintenance of Wetland Treatment Systems at the Wetland Education and Training workshops held by Sydney Olympic Park Authority.

Recently Geoff undertook a literature review on climate change impacts on ‘Stormwater Infrastructure’ in the Sydney region on behalf of the Sydney Metropolitan Catchment Management Authority.

Geoff is also involved in managing stormwater harvesting and re-use projects for large urban developments. He regularly peer reviews stormwater related information for the Stormwater Industry Association, Australian Water Association and the SEQ Healthy Waterways Partnership.

Peter is a specialist civil design and project engineer with over thirty (30) years experience in traffic investigation planning and management, environmental assessment, survey and design of main road, local roads and other civil infrastructure projects. Peter also has considerable experience in conducting value management workshops, project management, contract administration and construction supervision of main road projects including intersections, traffic signals, roundabouts and residential subdivisions.

Peter’s broad experience has been obtained through his employment with: J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd Consulting Civil Engineers (17 years), Roads and Traffic Authority/DMR (10 years), Metropolitan Water Sewerage Drainage Board (1 year) and Blue Mountains City Council (3 years).

Since joining J. Wyndham Prince in 1991, Peter has established the Major Roads division of the company. He is responsible for management of multidisciplinary project teams including in-house technical staff, specialist consultants and contractors involved in the investigation, design and construction of civil works projects.

Stephen has thirteen (13) years experience in Engineering Consulting as a Projects Engineer of J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd. Responsible for the project management and construction supervision of major Land Developments Projects throughout Northern, Southern and Western Sydney. Since late 2007, Stephen now has the role of Manager, Construction and Contracts, which exercises the role of a superintendent, as well as management of tendering and contract processes.

Three (3) years experience in Engineering Consulting as a Project Design Engineer of Gutteridge Haskin & Davey Pty Ltd. Responsible for the design of civil works (roads & drainage) for major infrastructure works through New South Wales and Australia.

Nine (9) years experience in Engineering Consulting as a Design Engineer of Boyden & Partners (Civil Engineers) Pty Ltd. Responsible for the design of stormwater drainage infrastructure works for Local Council’s throughout northern and western Sydney.

Experience also gained in management of building construction and refurbishment works within northern Sydney.

Rob’s experience includes over nine (9) years with J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd as Project/Construction Engineer responsible for the project management and contract administration of a number of land developments, road and infrastructure projects.

Over twenty (20) years in Local Government with Blue Mountains City Council in a variety of engineering and management roles relating to design development, public review, tender and construction of a variety of projects ranging from roads, car parks, drainage, sports fields, urban improvements, buildings, traffic and transport facilities, major highway and rail infrastructure projects and the assessment of subdivision development application and linen plan release and over four (4) years overseas in a variety of engineering and management positions.

At Wyndham Prince, Rob’s experience has included the project management of a number of significant subdivision, road and infrastructure projects through the civil design development, approval and ultimately construction process. He has also been the nominated contract superintendent on a large variety of civil engineering works.

George is a fellow of the Institute of Professional Accountants and joined J Wyndham Prince in February 2002 as the Financial Controller responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Company. He has brought with him, extensive experience gained through working with multi nationals such as J. C. Ludowici, Wattmaster Alco (a division of Pacific Dunlop), Grace Couriers (a division of AUSDOC), G. R .Davis and The Richmond Race Club (Greyhound Racing NSW).

With the Company’s growth, George’s role expanded to include Company Tax requirements, Asset Control, Occupational Health & Safety , Payroll and Human Resources. "My role as Manager of Finance & Payroll is to ensure the Company meets its’ Statutory Obligations and to provide timely, meaningful and accurate reports to the Directors and Shareholders and to ensure that our growth is sustained by good cash flow control."

Kevin is the Business Admin Manager at J. Wyndham Prince Pty Ltd and in conjunction with the Directors is responsible for providing company and administrative management, offices operations, system improvement processes, periodic and strategic technology management, admin staff supervision & support.

Kevin joined the company in 2004. He is a qualified Civil Engineer and holds post graduate qualifications in Business Administration and technology.

Kevin has 26 years experience through a number of positions from private consulting and State & Commonwealth Government. His previous experience covered project management, company and project administration, operations support, strategic planning input for new urban developments, hydrology and flood management.
