Robert Odewahn
Project Director
Robert is a qualified civil engineer with 40 years’ experience in land development and civil infrastructure design and construction. Robert’s areas of expertise include road and drainage design and construction, estate masterplanning and development assessment. Presently, Robert holds the position of Project Director and is responsible for providing leadership on allocated projects. Robert directs and drives project performance to achieve the required project outcomes for our clients. This includes ensuring J. Wyndham Prince’s project engagements meet budget, schedule, and scope requirements. Robert has a key role in quality assurance and undertakes engineering plan approval to ensure that J. Wyndham Prince’s plans are fit-for-purpose.
Robert has more than 25 years’ experience in local government, including nine years at Penrith City Council as a Subdivision Engineer and Development Services Coordinator. Robert also held construction and design roles with both Hawkesbury and Auburn Councils. Prior to joining J. Wyndham Prince, Robert was Project Manager with the Allam Group managing their land development projects including the flagship Kalina project.
