Matthew is the General Manager at J. Wyndham Prince and is responsible for the company’s overall performance. Matthew leads the implementation of the Board’s vision and strategy and ensures all aspects of the company’s operations are performed efficiently and effectively.

Matthew has a wealth of experience in greenfield property development, urban renewal and major infrastructure projects. Over a career spanning more than 25 years with Landcom and UrbanGrowth NSW, Matthew held senior roles including Business Development Director for Landcom and led significant projects including Parramatta Road Urban Renewal, the Waterloo Redevelopment and the Thornton project. Matthew was also a member of the Sydney Motorways Project Office and Landcom Executive Committees.

Matthew has completed several leadership and management courses including the Executive Leadership for Major Projects course through Sydney University, and holds a Diploma of Management (Valuation). Matthew’s project teams have won numerous industry awards including the UDIA Government Leadership Award (Thornton), the UDIA National Award for Best Project (Hunterford), the Premiers Award for Architecture (Hunterford) and recently the Planning Institute of Australia’s national award for ‘Best Large Project’ and ‘Hard Won Victory’ (Parramatta Road).
