As a Director of J. Wyndham Prince, David is involved in the overall strategic direction of the company and its corporate governance. On a day-to-day basis, David undertakes the role of Project Director – operating across all manner of projects, ensuring that our clients’ needs are met and the projects are delivered on time, within budget and at the expected quality.

David has been with J. Wyndham Prince for nearly 15 years, as a Project Manager and Manager of the Projects Group. He is a qualified civil engineer and has over 35 years’ experience in the land development industry, 17 of which were in local government. Having worked as a Civil Designer/Engineer, Project Manager and Project Director, David has gained invaluable experience in a wide range of land development and civil infrastructure projects. David puts this experience to good use by performing the role of Project Director ensuring the company’s projects benefit from his knowledge and expertise.

David is well known across the industry for his ability to understand the client’s vision. He ensures that project teams look at the bigger picture, think beyond the scope and draw on their collective experience to address issues and find innovative, yet fit-for-purpose solutions.

In his role, David is responsible for project governance and delivery of the company’s services. He is also responsible for developing and executing initiatives that underpin the company’s strategic objectives. David is a champion for innovation and a creative problem-solver.
