GREG MORAN – DIRECTOR

PROFILE:

Greg is Joint Managing Director at J. Wyndham Prince. His role includes a responsibility with management of the company as well as control of project management and construction supervision of major Land Development and Urban Infrastructure Projects throughout Western Sydney and other areas of NSW.

Greg has had nineteen (19) years experience with Engineering Consulting as a Director of J. Wyndham Prince and has been successfully involved in a number of projects which have received awards from UDIA, Keep Australia Beautiful Council, and Royal Australian Planning Institute.

Previously, Greg had seventeen (17) years experience in Local Government engineering including, Survey, Design Construction and Land Development with Blue Mountains City Council, Lithgow City Council and Tweed Shire Council.

PROFILE:

Wayne is a Director (and Principal Civil Engineer) of J. Wyndham Prince. His role is to ensure that the Company consistently delivers high quality, timely products and services that contribute to the continued prosperity of our Client’s businesses, our business and our staff.

Wayne is responsible for overall practice management and liaison with Clients and approval authorities to ensure that we deliver sustainable products and services that exceed Client and stakeholder expectations.

Wayne brings to the Company extensive experience in the management of the feasibility, design and construction phases of major engineering and civil infrastructure projects. During a 10 year period as an Engineering Manager with Blue Mountains City Council, Wayne was responsible for administering in excess of 80 contracts for design and construction of roads, drainage, buildings and civil structures.

During the past thirteen years with J. Wyndham Prince Wayne has been extensively involved in the development of sustainable, best practice urban design outcomes for residential developments particularly in the area of stormwater management and water sensitive urban design.

Wayne provides clients with specialist technical engineering design input and strategic business input on major infrastructure projects and represents clients in negotiating successful project outcomes with State and Local Government Bodies.
