Overall responsibility for the company's operation and success is shared by our two directors.

GREG MORAN – DIRECTOR

Greg is a Director of J Wyndham Prince. In addition to his governance responsibilities Greg is responsible for the overall operations and project performance of the practice. In this role he lends his extensive land development experience to ensure that all facets of the company’s services, being design, Project Management and Contract Management are performed in a manner which guarantee’s our clients will receive the most timely, cost effective and quality project outcomes.

Greg has been involved in the survey design, approval and delivery of public infrastructure projects for over 35 years. Initially with a history of seventeen (17) years in local government & significant part of which was spent in land subdivisions before joining J. Wyndham Prince in 1990.

Through out the past twenty one (21) years at J. Wyndham Prince, Greg has focused on establishing a strong consulting team with a proven track record and reputation for the management, design and delivery of significant land development and urban infrastructure projects.

Founded on the strength of the team and its ability to maintain that reputation, the team has continued to grow to meet the ever increasing demands of the land development industry. Greg’s role and ongoing commitment is to continue to develop the team and its performance to ensure that the expectations of our clients and their projects are met and where possible exceeded.

WAYNE YOUNG – DIRECTOR

Wayne is a Director of J. Wyndham Prince. In addition to his governance responsibilities, Wayne is the Director responsible for overall practice management and business development to ensure that the company consistently delivers high quality, timely products and services that contribute to the continued prosperity of our client’s businesses, our business and our staff.

Wayne has been involved in the management of the design, approval and construction phases of major engineering and civil infrastructure projects for over 30 years including 17 years in management roles in Local Government. During the past sixteen (16) years with J. Wyndham Prince, Wayne has been extensively involved in the development of sustainable, best practice urban outcomes for residential developments particularly in the area of civil engineering design, stormwater management and water sensitive urban design.

Wayne provides clients with strategic input and specialist technical engineering input on major land development and public infrastructure projects to ensure that the company continues to deliver sustainable products and services that exceed client and stakeholder expectations.
